Our computers come with Windows 11 operating systems and are available at a fraction of the cost of new ones. We also have a selection of refurbished Macintosh computers such as iMacs and MacBooks as well as new iPads.  

Yes, we offer computer repair services for both hardware and software issues. We offer a range of services, including computer repairs and upgrades, virus and spyware removal, file backup and transfer, and assistance with setting up new electronic devices or computers. We also provide on-site house calls for installations of smart electronics and wireless printer setups. ​ 

Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on all used desktop computers and laptops. ​

No, we do not purchase used computers from individuals. If you're looking to sell a used laptop, desktop, or gaming computer, we recommend listing your items on Facebook Marketplace or visiting a local pawn shop.  

We offer free diagnostics on all computer repairs. However, if diagnosing the problem results in a fix or improvement, we reserve the right to charge a minimum service fee of $50 for up to half an hour of labor. 

Yes, we provide on-site computer repairs at your home or business, as well as installation of smart electronics like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, smart TVs, smart lighting, and security cameras. The on-site hourly fee within 15 miles of our store is $100, with an additional trip charge of $50 for locations beyond 15 miles. 

Yes, we support electronics recycling and accept items for free drop-off at our store. Please note that there is a $30 fee to dispose of monitors or televisions.  

Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. After this date, Microsoft will no longer provide: Free software updates, Technical assistance, Security fixes, and Feature updates. Although Windows 10 will continue to work after this date, it will be less secure and at greater risk of viruses and hackers.
